Sweatshirt came with a stain on it. Seller admitted to overlooking it, asked for a small partial refund to make up for the effort of removing stain. Declined.
I never wanted to return the sweatshirt so I’m keeping it, not a huge deal, should be fine.
Not dissatisfied but also not satisfied. Shipping was on time and communication was quick, regardless of issue not being fully resolved.
