Seller Notes: “Six separate items/pieces. 3 invoices (yellow color) for Dr Hess & Clark Ashland Ohio, dated Aug ... “Six separate items/pieces. 3 invoices (yellow color) for Dr Hess & Clark Ashland Ohio, dated Aug 22, 1924, Oct 31, 1924 & May 25, 1925. Each made out to a Geo. T Smith & Son, Elnora NY. The Aug 24 & May 25 invoices each have a draft (blue color), Pay to the order of First Nat Bk, Mechanicville to Geo. T Smith & Son, Elnora NY. There is also a 1 page 'Memorandum' which has something to do with shipping, top is stamped 'Erie' and the date Aug 22, 1924, at the bottom a stamped name and a list of the items being shipped, a brown color, see photograph. The invoices have punch holes, the left side top corner has a different triangle shaped punch hole with paper folded back, the memorandum has 2 tears top edge, 1 bottom edge, 1 side edge, each about 1/2' long and the strange top left punch hole has been widened a little by tear and the fold back paper is gone. A pencil notation and price top left for each. Fold crease on each. Marks and crease on each. See photographs for condition.”
