    Buyer's comments are true and I am mortified as I pride myself on going the extra mile for buyers and always giving 5 star service. I have always relied on my phone popup notifications and sadly, these were turned off while I was having battery problems. Once the battery problem was addressed, the notifications never turned back on. I have relisted the shoes and am hopeful that you will give me a second chance at serving you well.
