As clearly stated within the item description section on every stencil listing, bigger stencils are posted in poster tubes and require flattening, there are a number of methods that can be utilised to achieve this. This buyer has never contacted me at any point for any guidance.

Ordered over a month ago never arrived tryed contacting saler with little to no respomce requested a refund witch has not been payed out not happy at all with this saller. I want my money back because you have not supplyed me with what i have payed for

Avoid this buyer if possible, his mail is not being delivered due to Royal Mail not having access to his property. Multiple companies are having the same issue with him, he supplied this in writing to me. A waste of time, very rude, avoid him.
