Shifter came fast easy transaction. Noticed shaft was painted silver which started to flake off when installing. Had to scrape/wash it off. Leather handle was just glued onto the shaft it kept twisting. I separated it and tried super gluing it back wouldn’t hold kept spinning in place . As I tried using a rubber mallet to push it back down the shaft the top emblem flew off and I lost it down the center console. Had to throw the whole thing in the garbage. Would not buy this item again.

Hello buyer, the metal part of the product is chrome, why are you hitting it with a hammer? You should take this product to a master. He would assemble it beautifully. Why do you denigrate me with your incompetence? As for the coat of arms, you are a master at removing it, I congratulate you.
