TERRIBLE!! ITS WEEKS LATER AND NOTHING HAS ARRIVED, IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO DISPATCH IT. ALSO WHEN I FINALLY ASK FOR A REFUND I GET BADLY SPELT REPETITIVE MSGS ASKING ME TO "CLOSE CASE & SEND MY ADDRESS FOR ANOTHER ITEM" TOTAL TIME WASTERS.
