    The pictures of the replacement dragon show that it has wings (this seller calls them ears, but they’re wings), but mine did not include the wings. The dragon works, but it’s a little misleading and disappointing as it was not represented accurately.

    typewriter arrived in 3 pieces. i put it together & it did not work. the part that tracks left to right when typing or you hit the return stays only on the left. this is garbage.

    I strive to offer the best customer service and I have the feedback to prove it. I packed it extremely well. I put a ton of bubble wrap in the box and I even double boxed it, so i'm not sure what he means by arrived in 3 pieces? I offer free returns. Had he reached out to me, I would have given him a FULL refund upon return of the item. I'm not sure why he would spend over 100.00 and not request a refund and instead leaving a negative review?
