    Pellon is a reputable company that makes decovil. Anyone who sews bags loves this product. Our store shipped it out in 1-day. Leaving a bad review because you don't know how to use- follow directions is unfair. I have made beautiful wallets & bags with decovil; it's my personal go to stabilizer.
