  I don't know that this is the fault of the seller, but by the time the product arrived, it no longer worked. With a new battery, it simply won't turn on, though the product DID come as shown with the material scratches. Working to see if the product may be saved by some gentle cleaning, but this was not part of the seller's description.

  Okay, the fault was ENTIRELY mine! I made a mistake while attempting to insert the battery -- suffice it to say, after attempting a couple of different methods, turns out, you just have to not be entirely moronic and the thing works. I've tried contacting the seller to allow for feedback adjustment, but to no avail. Definitely will be buying again in the future, really, please disregard the negative feedback, I'd leave completely positive if the seller allows me to adjust it.
