  Packaged BADLY and i had to spend a long time trying to get random slapped stickers off the helmet that were NOT supposed to be there in the first place, and they were also attached to some packing paper, to side of helmet, just bazaar. And when I tried to ask why that was like that, and that the helmet was missing IMPORTANT gaskets and more, broken vents, no response. terribly unprofessional. TBH in 10 + yrs of using EBay, this is the 1st negative review ever. Gave her weeks to respond.

  Shipping was done well and quickly but seller didn't fully describe how well the items worked. They only wrote "work" in the description of the items. One of the guitars were corroded in the battery pack so I had to swab it clean with vinegar and it finally worked. This was not explained in the item description. We also had to press the buttons fairly hard just to get them to work.
